is a cartoonist based in the United States.

But for those that need more: Colin/Collin “Skipperwing” (any of those will work) Byrd is an animator, illustrator, and sequential artist currently based in Maryland. He is a recent graduate of the Art Institute of Washington with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and will be moving down to Savannah in 2011 to obtain his Master’s.
